Job summary

TAIHE TCM CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced senior operations lead to oversee daily clinic operations and strategic planning.

You will manage a team of TCM physicians, review medical records, and develop policies to ensure high-quality care, reporting to the chairman. Mandarin liaison and strong interpersonal skills are essential in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Traditional Medicine TCM is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in TCM.
• Must be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Demonstrated ability and maturity to interact with internal/external senior level.
• Strong interpersonal skills to attend to customers’ needs.
