GovTech in Singapore seeks a capable IT professional to administer and maintain enterprise tax portals, ensuring data integrity and reliable uptime. The role involves coordinating with IT for timely issue resolution and supporting reporting needs for management oversight.

You will manage data records, generate insights, and assist with UAT and upgrades, collaborating across teams to improve system processes. A relevant IT degree or certification is required.

Qualifications

• Certification, diploma, or degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to administer and manage enterprise portals or systems with data integrity practices.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting to support operational and management needs.
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting technical issues with IT teams to diagnose root causes.
• Familiarity with system documentation practices and maintaining change logs.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain the enterprise tax portals to ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly.
• Escalate issues and track to resolution with minimal disruption to portal operations.
• Manage data records and prepare regular/ad-hoc reports for management and monitoring.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system upgrades; coordinate across teams.
