Job summary

Enterprise Singapore is seeking a System Administration and Technical Support professional to help manage our tax and grant portals, ensuring system reliability, data integrity and smooth programme delivery for Singapore enterprises. You will coordinate with the IT department to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.

The role covers data management and reporting, stakeholder support, and UAT coordination.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/CS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to administer and manage enterprise portals with data integrity practices.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting to support operations and management.
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting technical issues with IT teams.
• Familiarity with system documentation practices and change records.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain tax and grant portals for reliability and continuity.
• Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate and track issues to resolution with minimal disruption.
• Identify opportunities to improve system processes and workflows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system upgrades, coordinating with teams.
