Job summary

Direct Search Global is seeking an accounting professional with hands-on experience in full-set accounting and ERP systems, preferably in the shipping sector.

The role involves monthly closings, audit schedules, GST reporting, and support for AIS or GTP implementations. Independent, fast-paced workers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• MSI-AIS or GTP experience in setup, implementation & audit.
• Business Central experience is an advantage.
• Full set accounting experience preferably from Shipping industry.
• Independent worker, able to work in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain full set of accounts using ERP system.
• Prepare Monthly closing report.
• Preparation of audit schedules.
• GST reporting.
• Assist in tax computation & analysis.
• Assist in setting up the processes for AIS or GTP implementation.
• Ensure transactions posted are for the correct revenue / cost centre.

• Must have either Maritime Sector Incentive– Approved International Shipping (MSI-AIS) or Global Trader Programme (GTP) experience in setup, implementation & audit
• Prior experience with Business Central is an advantage
• Full set accounting experience preferably from Shipping industry
• Independent worker, able to work in fast paced environment
