VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts using an ERP system and to prepare monthly closing reports in a fast-paced shipping-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, MSI-AIS or GTP exposure, and familiarity with Business Central. GST reporting and tax analysis duties form part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• MSI-AIS or GTP experience in setup, implementation & audit
• Full set accounting experience preferably from Shipping industry
• Independent worker, able to work in fast paced environment
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage

Responsabilités

• Handle and maintain full set of accounts using ERP system

• Assist in tax computation & analysis
• Assist in setting up AIS or GTP implementation processes
• Ensure transactions posted are for the correct revenue/cost centre

• Assist in setting up the processes for AIS or GTP implementation
• Ensure transaction posted are for the correct revenue / cost centre

Job Requirements:

• 3 +years of relevant work experience
• Must have either Maritime Sector Incentive– Approved International Shipping (MSI-AIS) or Global Trader Programme (GTP) experience in setup, implementation & audit
• Prior experience with Business Central is an advantage
• Full set accounting experience preferably from Shipping industry
• Independent worker, able to work in fast paced environment
