Job summary

VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage a full set of accounts using ERP systems and to handle monthly closings and financial reporting.

You will support MSI-AIS or GTP implementation, GST reporting, and tax analysis in a fast-paced maritime-focused environment. Independent work style and strong accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with MSI-AIS or GTP, including setup, implementation and audit.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Strong full-set accounting experience, preferably within the shipping/maritime industry.
• Able to work independently and manage accounting responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle and maintain a full set of accounts using an ERP system.

• Assist with tax computation and tax analysis.
• Assist in setting up processes for Maritime Sector Incentive - Approved International Shipping (MSI-AIS) or Global Trader Programme (GTP) implementation.
• Ensure transactions are accurately posted to the correct revenue and cost centres.
• Support accounting and tax-related processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with MSI-AIS or GTP , including setup, implementation and audit.
