Job summary

Caliber8 is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the technical and operational management of a tanker vessel fleet based in Singapore. You will supervise safe, reliable operations, coordinate maintenance, dry-docking, and fuel efficiency programs, and work with Masters and engineers to meet regulatory standards.

You should have sailed to Chief Engineer on tanker vessels and have proven shore-based Fleet Manager or Technical Superintendent experience, with strong knowledge of ISM,

Qualifications

• Experience managing tanker fleets and leading technical teams.
• Proven ability to maintain vessel performance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL and vetting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, reliable operation of tanker vessels.
• Provide technical guidance to crews and shore teams.
