Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Swim Coach & Operations Executive in Singapore to coach babies, toddlers and young children while handling class scheduling, registrations, and daily centre operations. You will assist with bookings, attendances, and communication with parents, ensuring smooth operations of the swim centre.

Weekend work is required. Training provided for coaching duties and facilities management, with emphasis on safety and pool cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Swim Coaching: Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children; support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities; provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.
• Operations & Coordination: Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination; manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks; communicate class schedules and updates to parents; support the daily operations of the swim centre.
• Safety & Facility Support: Ensure pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times; set up and pack up the pool area before and after classes; maintain hygiene and safety standards for the pool, equipment, and facilities.

Swim Coach & Operations Executive

Working Days: 5 days week (weekend needed)
Working Time: weekday 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm; weekend 8am-6pm
Working Location: Tanjong Katong & Bendemeer (no fixed)
Salary: $2,500 to $4,000

Responsibilities

Swim Coaching

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided).
• Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.

Operations & Coordination

• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination.

Requirements
