MYM Work is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to identify potential candidates, engage professionals, and understand their career aspirations. This role offers a hands-on path to develop sourcing, communication and business development skills.

You will conduct outbound outreach, screen candidates, arrange meetings and present opportunities, while working toward recruitment targets in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or marketing is an advantage.
• Confident communicators who enjoy interacting with people.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work toward targets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential candidates through databases, direct outreach and other sourcing channels.
• Make outbound calls and engage prospective candidates.
• Understand candidates' professional backgrounds and career interests.
• Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and screenings.
• Arrange meetings with suitable candidates.
• Present career opportunities and maintain candidate engagement.
• Follow up with interested individuals and monitor recruitment progress.
