Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Manpower Initiatives Manager to drive recruitment excellence and strategic manpower growth. You will oversee recruitment schemes, monitor performance metrics, and support operational processes across multiple departments, acting as a central liaison among Recruitment, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of working experience in agency management or recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion.
Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment schemes and incentives, ensuring alignment with strategic manpower growth.
Support operational processes and liaise across Recruitment, Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance teams.
Manage end-to-end execution of new recruitment initiatives with clear timelines and deliverables.
Monitor performance metrics, provide regular insights, and drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate project plans, communications, and governance across stakeholders.
