Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Head of Recruitment to drive agency recruitment and manpower growth through innovative schemes, initiatives, and engagement with agency leaders to recruit and retain Financial Consultants and Wealth Managers.

You will lead Manpower Development Managers, oversee projects, and provide data analysis on recruitment, performance, and attrition to support manpower growth and dashboards for management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; strong analytical mindset preferred.
• 3+ years in agency recruitment or talent acquisition within insurance or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead & develop strategic plans for one agency to grow recruitment and retention.
• Create platforms for Agency Leaders and Financial Consultants to engage candidates.
• Monitor manpower trends and produce analytics reports for leadership.
