Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research is seeking an organised Manager, Talent Deployment to oversee manpower administration, staff deployment operations and staff-to-role matching based on project needs. You will maintain workforce information, support deployment decisions and ensure manpower plans are implemented on time.

You will coordinate workforce records, deployment and grant funding requests, working closely with project leaders, HR and Finance to ensure timely staff

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, HR, Public Administration or related.
• At least 5 years in manpower administration or similar.
• Experience in public sector or large organisations is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP or workforce management systems is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate staff records, headcount, vacancies, transfers and deployments.
• Coordinate staff deployment and allocation, ensuring alignment with manpower plans.
• Prepare manpower reports and summaries for management and stakeholders.
• Support grant funding requests and audit documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of workforce information.
• Collaborate with project leaders, HR and Finance to resolve issues.
