Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction & EVP to shape our employer brand and recruitment analytics. You will craft EVP strategies, build dashboards, and optimize the candidate journey to attract healthcare and admin talent.

Lead targeted sourcing campaigns and align internal brand messaging across communications teams. You will collaborate with HR and TA leaders to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and employee engagement,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, data analytics, marketing, or related field.
Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or HR Data Analytics.
Experience building data dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and analyzing recruitment metrics.
Proven EVP campaigns that improve talent attraction and candidate quality.
Strong strategic communication with empathy for community-driven work.

Responsibilities

Develop EVP Strategy & Activation: define and articulate an authentic employer brand across channels.
Create Recruitment Data Analytics: build dashboards and measure pipeline health and hiring metrics.
Optimize Candidate Journey: map end-to-end TA process with core values in touchpoints.
Execute Targeted Sourcing Campaigns: design data-informed strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
Champion Internal Brand Alignment: collaborate to boost engagement and retention.
