Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for Allied Health Professionals (AHP) in Singapore. The role includes campus outreach, engagement with tertiary institutions, and ensuring pre-employment compliance for incoming AHP staff.

You will act as the HRIS recruitment module lead, monitor staffing against estab numbers, and provide data-driven TA metrics to support hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment pipelines for AHP disciplines.
• Coordinate campus outreach and engage tertiary institutions and polytechnics; organise campus career fairs and student engagement activities.
• Lead HRIS recruitment module; collect feedback, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor headcount against approved estab numbers and assist in manpower projections into recruitment drives.
• Facilitate pre-employment compliance for incoming AHP staff, AHPC registrations and practising certificates.
• Track, compile and analyse core Talent Acquisition metrics.

Education
