Job summary

PSA Corporation in Singapore is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Temp to support the Talent Acquisition Department. You will assist with scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting the hiring team in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain exposure to recruitment and HR practices; open to students awaiting NS or university admission, and you must be able to start immediately and commit to at least 3 months.

Qualifications

• Possess at least GCE “A” levels/diploma. Preferred field of study would be Human Resource.
• Open to students awaiting NS/university admission
• Able to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 3 months

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication
• Assist in pre-recruitment formalities with selected candidates
• Maintain and update candidate records in our database
• Assist in collection of new hire documents
• Assist with campus outreach and employer branding activities
• Other admin related tasks as required
