Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of HR or recruitment experience.

• Knowledge of Employment Act is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and profiles to identify promising candidates.
• Conduct phone or virtual screening interviews.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline via job portals, referrals, networks.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and provide timely updates.
• Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
