Job Description
  • Searching and selecting candidates in the most effective way including using LinkedIn, job board platforms, networks and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.

  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.

  • Manage on boarding and new hire process.

  • Manage overall interview, selection, and closing process.

  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Take ownership for the internship placement.

  • Develop talent mapping pool for all placement.

  • Assist on new hire training and development programme, monthly review and tracking.

Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration Management or equivalent;

  • At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.

  • Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; especially in proficient in Power Point, strong in prepare presentation slide.

  • Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
