Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of Talent Acquisition: gather requirements, promote open positions, screen, recruit, assess, and onboard.
• Source, target, and build pipelines of candidate databases.
• Partner with TA, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
• Support new projects and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to gain business understanding.
