Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field (minimum requirement).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proven ability to source, screen, recruit, and build strong relationships.
• Excellent professionalism, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand recruiting and selection needs.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to delivering headcount targets.
• Adopt innovative recruitment methods to achieve targets.
• Participate in recruitment marketing activities (career talks, job fairs).
• Prepare recruitment reports to monitor strategy effectiveness.
• Handle recruitment administration tasks.
• Ask the right questions to candidates to assess fit.
• Sell top talent to hiring managers and align with budgets and policies.
• Support continuous improvement of the recruitment process within HR.
