From offer management to onboarding, you will streamline processes and maintain accurate records in the ATS, tracking hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers and HR to enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing logistics and follow-ups.
• Offer Management: Assist with reference checks, extend job offers, and coordinate initial onboarding and orientation activities.
• Data & Administration: Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems (ATS), and track hiring metrics.
• Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Find and attract candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens or preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with active and passive talent, manage communication, and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
