Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in internship recruitment and high-volume hiring preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on complex hiring.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with ATS and HRIS recruitment modules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted TA advisor.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies with business stakeholders.
• Guide interview processes, assessment techniques and best practices.
• Source and attract quality candidates through creative sourcing and direct channels.
• Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews and in-person interviews.
• Manage end-to-end offer process including salary benchmarking and negotiation.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to align recruitment with workforce planning.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Develop effective relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Manage multiple vacancies while delivering a positive candidate experience.
