You will work with recruiters and hiring teams, manage interview calendars, support documentation and maintain accurate records, gaining practical exposure to recruitment and HR administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, coordination, customer service, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers.
• Manage interview calendars, meeting arrangements, and scheduling changes.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support recruiters with recruitment administration and day-to-day coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview information in recruitment systems and trackers.
• Prepare interview materials and support pre-employment documentation.
• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep recruitment activities moving.
• Handle candidate information with appropriate confidentiality.
