Job summary

Siemens Bank GmbH Singapore Branch offers an internship pathway to gain hands-on experience in credit operations, financial data analysis, and cross-regional collaboration within a dynamic, international team.

You will engage with transactions across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while learning banking regulations and regulatory compliance in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in business administration, banking & finance, economics or related field.
• Interest or prior experience in debt markets, banking or leveraged finance.
• Strong analytical skills with keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to commit for a minimum 6 months tenure.

Responsibilities

• Support Credit Operations: assist professionals with daily tasks related to evaluating and managing credit transactions.
• Analyze financial data: help the risk team by analyzing financial statements and industry trends to assess creditworthiness.
• Gain global experience: collaborate with transaction teams across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• Learn banking regulations: understand internal operations, regulatory reporting, and compliance at Siemens Bank.
• Contribute to projects: support structured debt financing initiatives.

About The Team

Siemens Bank GmbH Singapore Branch provides financing solutions, including Project & Structured Financing, Corporate Lending, Equity and Financial Advisory services, to customers of Siemens in the Asia Australia region, with a strong focus on the energy transition and essential infrastructure.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Supporting Credit Operations: Assisting professionals with daily tasks related to evaluating and managing credit transactions.
• Analyzing Financial Data: Helping the risk team by analyzing financial statements and industry trends to ascertain the creditworthiness of potential clients.
• Gaining Global Experience: Collaborating with transaction teams across the Asia-Australian, European, Middle East and African regions.
• Understanding Banking Regulations: Learning about internal operations, regulatory reporting, and compliance aspects of Siemens Bank, which is part of Siemens AG.
• Contributing to Projects: Support the team’s objectives in structured debt financing initiatives.

You’ll win us over by:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor/ master’s degree in business administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Have interest or prior experience in debt markets, banking and/or leveraged finance.
