Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a proactive TA Specialist to support aggressive ramp-up in the semiconductor sector. You will own end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers, and operations support, collaborating with hiring managers to meet rapid production demands.

You will develop sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, career fairs, and direct outreach; screen and coordinate interviews; manage offers, onboarding, and documentation while ensuring a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.
• At least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel etc

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume recruitment activities while maintaining strong candidate experience and quality of hire.

• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring reports, and pipeline tracking.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and local employment regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence within the semiconductor talent space.
