Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing & implementing enterprise container apps on Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Experience with IBM MQ messaging, admin, queues & channels
• Familiar with maintaining at-scale online web architectures and microservices

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the application product and its operational aspects (patching, support)
• Maintain enterprise container architecture (3-tier)
• Participate in architecture sessions with build teams for integration points (web services, MQ, SFTP)
• Design, implement & administer Kubernetes platforms (OpenShift/Cloud Foundry)
• Provision containers, manage images, repository lifecycles, and deployments
• Maintain enterprise architectures incl. web apps and microservices
• Engage in DevSecOps tooling and automation; define operational processes
• Oversee OS and application patching, archival, backup and recovery
• Understand gov-level security concepts in hardening and vulnerability scanning
• Handle AWS administration

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting technical architecture (TA) initiatives and managing cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and security. Main role and responsibilities

• Take ownership of the application product and its operational aspects of patching, application support, etc.
• Familiar with handling and maintaining enterprise container architecture (3-tier architecture)
• Part in application architecture sessions with build teams to provide inputs on integration points like web services, gov interfaces for MQ, and SFTP.
• Familiar with designing, implementing & administering enterprise-level Kubernetes platforms like OpenShift/Cloud Foundation.
• Familiar with container provisioning, images, repository lifecycle concepts & deployment of container-centric services.
• Familiar with maintaining enterprise architectures, including web applications and microservices.
• Familiar with DevSecOps tooling and automation concepts.
