Job summary

UFINITY PTE LTD is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a team of engineers during the maintenance phase of a developed software program. You will work across cloud environments, with emphasis on AWS, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines to keep systems reliable and scalable.

You will collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and ensure timely deployments, including after-hours support as needed. Singapore-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in the job offered or related role.
• Must have two (2) years of experience with Linux and Cloud platforms, carrying out operational activities.
• Experience with AWS; exposure to other CSP technologies is a plus.
• A team-player who can take initiative.
• Have the skills and resilience to handle situations and deliver results on time.
• Experience in government projects would be a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to mentor other team members.
• Experience as a team lead would be an advantage.

• Work with the team to troubleshoot software and infrastructure problems to ensure that the system meets operational expectations, quality standards and within schedule.

• To accommodate customer’s operational needs, there will sometimes be work outside of regular business hours.

Technical Requirements:

• AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate

• Proficiency in Linux or RHEL

• Experience in CI/CD deployment tools

• Experience with GCC (Government on Commercial Cloud) would be a plus.

• Experience with SGTS (Singapore Government Tech Stack) tools would be a plus.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) especially Terraform and Ansible.

• Experience with Git.

• Bash scripting, and possess coding experience on Java, NodeJS, and Python would be a plus.
