Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a TA and Cloud Engineer to own patching, support, and operations for enterprise applications. You will work with 3-tier enterprise container architectures and modern Kubernetes platforms, contributing to integration points like web services, MQ, and SFTP.

The role involves administering OpenShift/Kubernetes, DevSecOps tooling, and AWS-related security, while ensuring scalable, secure cloud infrastructure within a busy org.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise container apps on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience with IBM MQ messaging, API Gateway, and queue management.
• Experience maintaining large-scale web architectures and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Own the application product and manage patching, support, and operations.
• Maintain enterprise container architecture (3-tier) and Kubernetes platforms.
• Contribute to architecture sessions on integrations (web services, MQ, SFTP).
• Design and administer OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms and container deployments.
• Ensure security posture with DevSecOps practices, backups and recovery.
• AWS administration and security controls.

We are looking for a talented and motivated TA and cloud engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting technical architecture (TA) initiatives and managing cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and security. If you have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you!

Main role and responsibilities

• Take ownership of the application product and its operational aspects of patching, application support, etc.
• Familiar with handling and maintaining enterprise container architecture (3-tier architecture)
• Part in application architecture sessions with build teams to provide inputs on integration points like web services, gov interfaces for MQ, and SFTP.
• Familiar with designing, implementing & administering enterprise-level Kubernetes platforms like OpenShift/Cloud Foundation.
• Familiar with container provisioning, images, repository lifecycle concepts & deployment of container-centric services.
• Familiar with maintaining enterprise architectures, including web applications and microservices.
• Familiar with DevSecOps tooling and automation concepts.

• Have working experience with integration products like IBM MQ messaging and API Gateway, administration, troubleshooting queues, queue managers, and channels. Able to set up & operate MQ.
