Job summary

lyneer corp (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced T24 developer to design, build, and deliver robust financial software solutions. You will work across private banking modules, integrate with SWIFT interfaces, and operate in a cloud-enabled Temenos environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable deployments, while driving adherence to standards and architectural guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of development experience in T24 platforms.
• Deep understanding of the Private banking modules.
• Implementation experience of SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes.
• Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks.
• Ability to translate functional requirements to efficient technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and review technical and architectural design, enforce guidelines.
• Ensure alignment with blueprint, security concepts and infra design.
• Manage development resources and squad deliveries to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with Business Engineers, System Architects, PMs and QA teams.
• Monitor production stability and resolve production issues (RTB).
• Maintain documentation through JIRA, Confluence and unit tests.

KEYFEATURES OF THE POSITION

Functional/ Technical

• Development and delivery experience with T24 SC,CA modules and TAFJ R23 or higher in a multi-company multi-application server set-up
• Passionate about technologies, building robust and scalable interfaces and local developments
• Hands on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex and custom-built solution
• Work collaboratively with team to achieve goals. Experience working in a Safe Agile environment
• Hands on experience in Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, SQL developer, Temenos Unit Test framework, JIRA, Job schedulers (AWA)
• Experience in usage of logging and monitoring tools like Tivoli, Dynatrace and Splunk
• Deep understanding of T24 COB and Services framework to build robust solutions
• Hands on experience with Integration & Interaction frameworks and Streaming solutions
• Investigate and resolve production issues (RTB) to help maintain a stable production environment; remain cool and effective in crisis
• Have functional understanding of Private Banking and Finance modules in T24
• Participate in reviews meetings and provide updates on project progress
• Effectively manage the development resources and deliveries from the squad
• Fair understanding of the deployment architecture and infrastructure
• Fair understanding of the Oracle DB concepts like indexes, SQL query design and Linux OS scripts

Client /Stakeholder Management (internal & external)

• Stake holder management – working closely with Finance, Ops, business change engineers, and project managers to drive and manage IT delivery
• Ensure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Drive and review technical and architectural design, enforce architectural guidelines and challenge status quo

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management

• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards

Responsibilities as a guardrail for the platform

• BJB development standards and T24 coding best practices are followed
• Build fully complies with the blueprint, security concept and infra design
• T-shirt sizes and estimates are within BJB estimate framework
• Impact assessment of all T24 changes and identify downstream impact
• Design uses the correct integration patterns and formats
• Design is fully scalable, reliable and resilient
• Design is not creating any platform debt (or) using any obsolete technology
• Non-functional requirements are fully met
• Documentation updates and sign off like JIRA, Confluence, unit test documents, source code review reports, sonar scans, vulnerability scans, operational handover documents, etc.
• Inform platform AR of any item to report to security, IT risk, architecture to register
• Close collaboration with Business Engineers, System Architects, PMs, test management teams
• Continuous sharing of latest dev concepts with developers
