Job summary

TECHEDGE-SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced T24/TAFJ specialist to design, develop and deliver complex solutions across multi-company environments. You will work with Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, SQL Developer, and Temenos Unit Test framework to ensure scalable and compliant deployments.

You will lead technical reviews, mentor teams, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Project Managers to drive IT delivery while upholding regulatory and corporate values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of development experience on T24 platforms.
• Deep understanding of Private Banking modules within T24.
• Proven experience with T24 R23+ and TAFJ R23+ in multi-company/server environments.
• Hands-on with Design Studio, Gitlab, AWA, SQL Developer, Temenos Unit Test framework.
• Experience with T24 development on Cloud environments.
• Proficient in Integration Framework, Outbox Event Streaming, IRIS, MQ, JBOSS.
• Strong knowledge of T24 COB and Services framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver complex T24 and TAFJ R23+ solutions in multi-company, multi-application server setups to meet business needs
• Design, code, and implement custom-built solutions using Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, SQL Developer, and Temenos Unit Test framework
• Build robust interfaces and local developments ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with platform standards
• Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain a stable environment, demonstrating calm and effective crisis management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Safe Agile environment to achieve project goals and deliver quality outcomes
• Manage development resources and squad deliveries, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices
• Conduct impact assessments for T24 changes and ensure integration patterns and formats align with platform requirements
• Maintain documentation including JIRA updates, Confluence pages, unit test documents, source code reviews, and operational handover materials
• Engage with stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Business Change Engineers, and Project Managers to drive IT delivery and maintain strong communication
• Lead technical and architectural design reviews, challenge existing processes, and enforce development standards and coding best practices
• Demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and company values including honesty, integrity, and fair dealing
• Share latest development concepts with developers and collaborate closely with Business Engineers, System Architects, PMs, and test teams

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 15 years of development experience on T24 platforms
• Deep understanding of Private Banking modules within T24
• Proven experience with T24 R23 and higher, TAFJ R23 and higher in multi-company and multi-application server environments
• Hands‑on experience with Design Studio, Source Code Repository (Gitlab), Job Schedulers (AWA), SQL Developer, and Temenos Unit Test framework
• Experience with T24 development on Cloud environments
• Proficient in Integration Framework, Outbox Event Streaming, Interaction Framework (IRIS), MQ, JBOSS
• Strong knowledge of T24 COB and Services framework

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Exposure to T24 upgrade and migration processes
• Experience in T24 performance optimization and data archiving
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Tivoli, Dynatrace, and Splunk
• Understanding of Oracle DB concepts relevant to T24 and Linux OS scripting
• Knowledge of deployment architecture and infrastructure
• Experience with T24 upgrade and data migration best practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a systematic and meticulous approach
