Job summary

TECHEDGE-SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Temenos specialist to understand and lead functional discussions, and to deliver end-to-end, complex Temenos-based solutions. The role requires adherence to development standards and collaboration with architects and PMs.

The candidate will ensure scalable designs, manage downstream impacts, and drive documentation, testing, and deployment activities across multiple Temenos components (T24, TAFJ).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or related field.
• 9–12 years of Functional and Technical experience in Temenos application platforms.
• Development and functional experience with T24 and TAFJ R23 or higher in a multi-company multi-application server setup.
• Deep understanding of Private banking modules and Temenos Application Services framework to build robust solutions.
• Implementation experience of SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes.
• Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Integration & Interaction frameworks and Streaming solutions; good understanding of deployment architecture and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical solutions for applications (Temenos / TAP / Infinity) and lead functional discussions.
• Handle end-to-end functional implementation of complex and custom-built solutions.
• Ensure development standards and best practices with Temenos Applications.
• Assess impact of Temenos changes and downstream effects.
• Use correct integration patterns and formats in designs.
• Ensure scalable, reliable, resilient design without platform debt.
• Update documentation (JIRA, Confluence, unittest, reviews, scans, handover docs).
• Collaborate with platform leads, security, IT risk, and architecture teams.
• Work with Business Engineers, System Architects, PMs, Test management.
• Share latest functional concepts with the team.

Responsibilities

• To be able to understand Technical solution for the application(Temenos / TAP / Infinity) so that he/she can also contribute and leadfunctional discussions.
• To handle end to end of functional implementation of complexand custom-built solution.
• Ensure Organization's Development standards and best practicesare followed in conjunction with Temenos Applications.
• Impact assessment of all Temenos application changes andidentify downstream impact.
• Ensure design uses the correct integration patterns andformats.
• Ensure Design is fully scalable, reliable and resilient andDesign is not creating any platform debt (or) using any obsoletetechnology.
• Documentation updates and sign off like JIRA, Confluence, unittest documents, source code review reports, sonar scans, vulnerabilityscans, operational handover documents, etc.
• Inform Application platform Lead of any item to report tosecurity, IT risk, architecture to register.
• Close collaboration with Business Engineers, System Architects,PMs, Test management teams.
• Continuous sharing of organization's latest functional conceptswith team.
• Investigate and resolve production issues (RTB) to helpmaintain a stable production environment; remain cool and effective incrisis.
• Participate in reviews meetings and provide updates on projectprogress.
• Effectively manage the development resources and deliveriesfrom the squad.
• Drive and review technical and architectural design, enforcearchitectural guidelines and challenge status quo.

Skills Requirement
