Job summary

finergic consulting pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Temenos T24 consultant to guide clients through full project lifecycles, from analysis to post-go-live support.

You will collaborate with senior management and vendor teams to drive success, lead testing and migration activities, and ensure high-quality solutions across core banking and wealth modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in technical consultancy in banking.
• Proven delivery of end-to-end T24 Core Banking/Wealth Suite projects.
• Strong T24 architecture, design principles and modules knowledge.

Job description

• The candidate needs to serve as a trusted advisor to banking clients across the full T24 project lifecycle -including Analysis & Design, Implementation, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Effectively collaborate with senior management, technical and business teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive project success and meet objectives.
• Lead designated areas of responsibility such as testing strategy and execution, data migration planning, systems integration, cutover planning, and implementation activities.
• Configure and validate customized Temenos T24 functionalities, ensuring comprehensive user acceptance and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for both internal and client-facing audiences.
• Provide technical training to client teams and end-users as needed.
• Contribute to the design and execution of migration strategies to ensure seamless project delivery.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical consultancy and expert services, preferably with Temenos T24 software within a banking environment.
• Demonstrated successful delivery of end-to-end T24 Core Banking and/or Wealth Suite transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of T24 architecture and design principles.
• A solid combination of technical expertise and product knowledge, with hands‑on experience in one or more of the following T24 modules: Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), Treasury Modules(MM, FX, and Swaps), Financial Accounting.
• Experience with Financial Accounting and GL reporting, including preparation of accounting schemas, charts of accounts, and resolving GL mismatches.
• Practical experience in T24 upgrades, TAFC to TAFJ migrations, and performance tuning (advantageous).
• Familiarity with integration frameworks such as IRIS and design frameworks (preferred).
• Strong technical proficiency in: INFOBASIC, T24 JAVA API coding, JAVA, Oracle 10+ operating systems.
• Working knowledge of UNIX, AS400, and NT operating systems, with an understanding of disk structures.
• Experience integrating T24 with Wealth Suite components, including TAP, TTI, and TDS.

Mandatory Requirement

• Hands‑on project implementation experience in T24 modules is a must as this is a purely implementation‑focused role.
• Strong technical expertise and in‑depth product knowledge in one or more of the following T24 modules is a must: Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), Payments(TPH) and Treasury Modules (MM, FX,Swaps), Financial Accounting.
