Job summary

LTM in Singapore is seeking a Payments Migration Test Analyst / Senior Test Analyst to validate migration activities, ensure data integrity, and drive end-to-end testing across payment systems.

The role covers SIT, UAT, regression, and coordination with business analysts, developers, and users. Experience in banking payments and migration projects is required.

Strong testing tool experience with JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center is a plus; Singapore banking projects preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Banking/Payments Testing experience.
• Experience in at least one Payments Migration Project.
• Hands-on testing across SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing and migration testing.
• Proficient with data validation and reconciliation.
• Familiar with JIRA, HP ALM/Quality Center or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in large-scale Payments Migration and Transformation projects.
• Develop and execute Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
• Perform SIT, UAT, End-to-End, Regression, and Migration Testing.
• Validate migrated data and ensure completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Development Teams, and Business Users.
• Manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting.
• Support testing cycles and production cutover activities.
• Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Payments Migration Test Analyst with strong experience in banking and payments transformation programs. The candidate will be responsible for validating payment migration activities, ensuring data integrity, and executing end-to-end testing across payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in large-scale Payments Migration and Transformation projects.
• Develop and execute Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
• Perform SIT, UAT, End-to-End, Regression, and Migration Testing.
• Validate migrated data and ensure completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Development Teams, and Business Users.
• Manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of banking operations and payment workflows.
• Experience using testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Singapore banking projects.
• Exposure to payment modernization or core banking transformation initiatives.
• Automation testing experience is an added advantage.
