Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a systems/infrastructure professional to deliver, maintain, and support enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with third-party admins and vendors, participate in design discussions with engineering teams, and manage deployments and upgrades across environments. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Windows and Linux, and containerization (Docker).

Responsibilities

• Deliver, maintain, and support systems across platforms for high-volume enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with third-party admins and vendors to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Participate in technical design discussions with engineering and operations teams.
• Manage or support system setup, upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Implement and maintain development, testing, and automation tools and IT infrastructure.
• Define and establish DevOps processes for development, testing, release, and support.
• Monitor platform health and provide periodic reports, driving continuous improvements via automation.
• Provide regular updates to management on performance, progress, issues, and risks.
• Support hardware refresh activities and system hardening initiatives.
• Perform firmware and software updates/upgrades.
• Maintain proper documentation for system changes and automation implementations.
• Conduct on-site and off-site troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Requirements:
