Job summary

Talentsis is seeking a DevOps/Systems Engineer in Singapore to deliver, maintain and support enterprise platforms across multiple environments. You will collaborate with third-party admins and vendors to resolve integration issues and participate in key technical discussions with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 4+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms, and container tools.
• Singaporean citizens or permanent residents.
• Willingness to work on-site at multiple locations (AMK, Science Park, Bukit Merah, Kent Ridge).

Responsibilities

• Deliver, Maintain and support systems on various Platforms to deliver optimal performance in high volume enterprise environments.
• Work with third party system administrators or vendors to resolve integration issues.
• Participate in key technical and design discussions with engineering and operations teams.
• Manage or participate in setup, upgrade, migration, deployment of system/software as part of the project
• Implementing and setting up various developments, testing, automation tools, and required IT infrastructure
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Monitor health of the platforms for periodic reporting and provide continuous improvements such as automating manual tasks to meet demanding ops needs.
• Provide regular status reporting to management and other stakeholders on overall system’s health, progress, issues, and technical risks.
• Support hardware refresh and hardening of systems.
• Support firmware and software update/upgrade.
• Perform documentation on the changes and automation works performed.
• On and offsite troubleshooting and rectifying system issues
