Qualifications

• Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services preferred.
• Basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services preferred.
• Manage and coordinate between customers and third-party vendors for fault resolution.
• Provide operation support, maintenance, and administration.
• Basic knowledge on Switches and Routers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring.
• Perform incident management and escalate issues to level 2 maintenance team.
• Perform weekly endpoint protection updates.
• Administer end-user Windows AD, RSA, and 2FA token.
• Handle certificate renewal and administration for servers and end users.
• Perform ad-hoc administration tasks on firewall and endpoint protection.
• Monitor and check server's health status.

Skills

Basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services

Basic knowledge on Switches and Routers

Education
