Job summary

Bitdeer, a Singapore-based global technology company, seeks a senior engineer to lead the productization of high performance computing chips across silicon, boards, firmware, drivers, and servers. You will own technical readiness, system performance and stability from bring-up through production and delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams including ODM/JDM partners.

Qualifications

Degree in electrical/computer engineering or equivalent; assess seniority through delivered products and ownership.
Led server or accelerator platform through full cycle: bring-up to production or delivery.
Deep expertise in board hardware, firmware or low-level software; cross-layer diagnostic ability covering PCIe, memory, power/reset, Linux drivers and BIOS/BMC interactions.
ODM co-development and cross-functional leadership; effective technical communication in English; ability to meet location and on-site work requirements.

Responsibilities

Architecture: Translate inference workloads into board, host, interconnect, power, cooling and serviceability requirements.
Bring-up and debugging: Prepare for silicon arrival and lead cross-layer diagnosis; use logs and telemetry to verify fixes.
Validation and delivery: Define workload, sustained-operation, recovery and production tests; lead design and release reviews.
Technical leadership: Coordinate engineering teams and ODM/JDM design and validation deliverables; resolve schedule, cost and performance trade-offs.
