Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Systems Engineer (Integration & Testing) to lead IVV activities for complex integrated systems in Singapore. The role involves planning, testing, defect management, and close collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.

The candidate will define test strategies, develop system test plans, and coordinate resources across global teams while supporting bid activities and cost estimations. A strong engineering foundation and hands-on troubleshooting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IVV activities for complex integrated systems.
• Decide on test strategy, modules and practices.
• Create and conduct System Test plan and report.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers to agree on testing durations and risks.
• Manage test resources (staff, software & hardware).
• Manage defects/engineering changes for the customer.
• Contribute to estimation, planning and execution of IVV activities.
• Coordinate activities with a global team.
• Participate in Bid activities providing scope and costing.
