Job summary

ALTEN Group, a world leader in Engineering and Technology consulting with global reach, is seeking an IVVQ Engineer in Singapore to plan, participate in, and supervise the integration, verification, validation and qualification of defence and supporting systems.

You will build test plans and reports, maintain lab environments, develop test scripts, analyze logs, support Factory Acceptance and Site Testing, and ensure traceability from system specs to procedures while coordinating with project

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Windows/Linus server administration and IT systems.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience in IT system integration and testing.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• Fluent English, strong communication.
• Willingness to work night shifts occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate requirements using appropriate test methods with traceability to test procedures.
• Set up and maintain lab environments including servers, storage, networks, and test configurations.
• Develop test and automation scripts for site performance and robustness testing.
• Prepare environments and run verification procedures, documenting results and deviations.
• Analyze logs and communicate variances to stakeholders.
• Support Factory Acceptance Test and Site Testing with planning, onsite testing, and reporting.
• Conduct quality reviews such as Test Readiness and Final Qualification Reviews.
• Support CM processes for configuration and change management.
