Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Software Test Engineer to drive IVVQ testing for Cloud Native Architecture solutions in transportation projects based in Singapore. You will collaborate with the IVVQ Manager to define testable requirements, verify configurations, and document results across IT infra, networks and software.

You will deploy and manage telecom IT infrastructure, develop verification procedures, and perform integration tests including on-prem data center components.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in CS/IT/EE/Electronics essential.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering preferred.
• >3 years of direct experience in manual/automated testing and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience designing integration solutions using APIs, microservices and SOA preferred.
• Strong Linux knowledge and VMware ESX fundamentals.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud computing.
• Scripting in Python, Bash or Perl preferred.
• Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, SVN).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IVVQ Manager to ensure testability and traceability.
• Prepare test configurations, develop verification procedures, and document results.
• Perform integration and factory acceptance tests of telecom subsystems.
• Deploy, configure and manage telecom IT infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.
• Configure software/hardware systems and deployment of integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and develop tools to resolve incidents; support SDLC.
