Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore is seeking a System Interaction Engineer to support the Supplies and Printer programs. You will partner with R&D, NPI and Manufacturing to meet program deliverables and drive system interaction testing that enhances customer experience.

You will apply AI, automation, scripting and data analytics to improve test coverage and decision-making, while collaborating across teams to address top customer concerns and ensure quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Typically 2-4 years’ experience.
2 years contract with renewal/conversion opportunity.

Responsibilities

Partner with R&D, NPI and Manufacturing teams to deliver program milestones.
System Interaction testing and development for new program intent and customer experience.
Collaborate with Brand Authentication team to implement security solutions.
Improve product quality with Supplies Quality team and address customer concerns.
Drive continuous improvement of test methodologies using AI, automation and data analytics.
