Job summary

HP is seeking a System Interaction Engineer for a 2-year renewable contract in Singapore. The role focuses on system interaction testing, AI-driven test automation, and collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure program deliverables meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master’s in engineering with 2–4 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, analytical thinking, and teamwork across cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Typically 2-4 years' experience.
• 2 years contract (Renewable/ Conversion Opportunity)

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D, NPI and Manufacturing teams to deliver program deliverables.
• System Interaction testing and development for new program intent and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Brand Authentication team to deliver security solutions.
• Work with Supplies Quality team to improve product quality and address top customer concerns.
• Deliver on post-MR metrics of NPI before transitioning to Supplies Manufacturing.
• Improve System Interaction test methodology to be more customer-representative and aligned to real-world use.
• Leverage AI, automation, data analytics, and repeatable test frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.
