Job summary

Responsibilities

Ensure seamless integration of printhead/ink supplies with the printer to deliver good print quality and supplies reliability for commercial customers.
Lead, troubleshoot and resolve quality issues from factory and the field.
Develop and run testing to evaluate product changes to ensure no impact to customer experience.
Support New Product development through incorporation of best manufacturing practices and influence design for manufacturability.
Lead and drive projects to improve quality and processes, resulting in enhanced efficiency and customer experience.
