Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Systems Executive to provide technical support and maintenance for IVCS4 air traffic communication systems.

The role requires troubleshooting faults, coordinating with telecom providers and contractors, and ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation. The position involves 12-hour rotational shifts across designated client sites, with security clearance as a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• RF engineering knowledge required.
• Experience with system integration and network administration.
• Experience troubleshooting system, network or connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IVCS4 system faults reported by users.
• Coordinate with telecommunications providers and overseas line suppliers to resolve telephone line issues.
• Liaise with other system contractors to troubleshoot and resolve interface connectivity problems.
• Record and document all fault resolutions in the IVCS4 system.
• Assist air traffic controllers with audio recording playback when required.

We are looking for an experienced Systems Executive to provide technical support and maintenance for air traffic communication systems. The successful candidate will troubleshoot system faults, coordinate with telecommunications providers and system contractors, and ensure timely resolution and documentation of technical issues.

• Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts across the designated client sites.
• Must be able to obtain the required customer/project security clearance.
