Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking two Systems Executives to support air traffic communications at Singapore's Seletar ATC Tower, Changi Airport T2, and SATCC. The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts across designated locations, with a focus on rapid fault diagnosis and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate is Singaporean, with 1–3 years in RF engineering or related fields, and must be able to obtain CAT2a clearance. Shift allowances and bonuses are mentioned in the package.

Qualifications

• Singaporean, able to clear CAT2a project clearance and pre-employment checks.
• 1–3 years experience in RF Engineering, System Integration, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Enjoys 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, fault isolation and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Keep critical air traffic communications running smoothly to support safe operations across Singapore's airspace.
• Respond to user reports and troubleshoot IVCS4 Systems issues to resolve faults quickly.
• Coordinate with telco providers and overseas line suppliers to fix telephone line faults.
• Collaborate with other system contractors on interface connections.
• Log all fault resolutions in the IVCS4 system for transparency and learning.
• Assist air traffic controllers with audio recording playback when needed.

The role requires deployment across the above locations.

Salary Up to $3500 per month + Shift allowance ($10/day shift and $22/night shift) + Public holiday Allowance + OT Pay + 1-month completion bonus

Job Description

Keep critical air traffic communications running smoothly supporting safe, seamless operations across Singapore's airspace.

Resolve system faults fast: Respond to user reports and troubleshoot IVCS4 Systems issues.

Coordinate with partners: Work with telco providers and overseas line suppliers to fix telephone line faults.

Collaborate across teams: Liaise with other system contractors on interface connections.

Track and document: Log all fault resolutions in the IVCS4 system for transparency and learning.

Support air traffic controllers: Assist with audio recording playback when needed.

Requirement:

• Singaporean (required to clear CAT2a project clearance and pre-employment check)

• Preferably 1–3 years experience in either Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering, System Integration, Network Administration and Maintenance, or Telecommunications.

• Enjoys working 12 hours rotating shifts

• Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, fault isolation and system maintenance.

• Willingness to work across the designated locations
