Job summary

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore at Changi Airport Terminal 2 is seeking a professional to lead the project management and maintenance of 24/7 mission-critical communications systems. Qualifications

• Experience delivering and maintaining 24/7 mission-critical communications systems.
• Knowledge of ICAO and ITU standards is desirable.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across operational and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of 24/7 mission-critical communications systems.
• Participate in investigation and problem resolution of technical issues.
• Enhancement of software and hardware components of existing communications systems.
• Contract management for operations and maintenance, systems enhancements and new projects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for suitability for use in existing or new communications systems.
• Undertake ICAO activities related to communications systems and other aeronautical-related systems.
