Job summary

RIDIK SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an infrastructure specialist in Singapore to troubleshoot and maintain enterprise servers and virtualization environments. The role covers Linux, Windows Server, SAN storage, and data patching for UAT and Production, with AWS file transfer and ongoing documentation updates.

The candidate will install and configure CentOS on hardware hosts and VMs, while ensuring reliable operation of VMware workloads and patch management in a dynamic data center.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on with virtualization platforms and server OSs.
• Familiarity with Change Request processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve OS/server issues (CentOS, Red Hat Linux, Windows Server).
• Troubleshoot hardware servers, SAN storage, VMs, and infrastructure services.
• Create or update Change Request (CR) documents.
• Execute data patches and retrieve data for UAT and Production environments.
• Use AWS for data file transfer.
• Update technical documentation regularly.
• Manage VMware environments, including patching and password recovery.
• Install and configure CentOS on hardware hosts and VMs.
