Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy and maintain servers, networks, storage and cloud services. You will write scripts and implement system configurations, procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, applying patches, and providing user training and support. Degree in Engineering or CS preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT experience preferred; open to fresh graduates.
• Exposure to Linux environment and security basics.
• Ability to write scripts and document configurations.
• Willingness to standby or weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Write scripts for operational usage and maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users; generate reports.
