Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Change Management lead to manage, drive and deliver IT change processes. You will work with project managers, production support and security specialists to assess change requests and prevent adverse production impact.

You will drive Change Advisory Board meetings, implement ITIL-based change management, collaborate across teams to assess risks, make recommendations to reduce risk and improve efficiency, and provide regular SLA performance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Computer Science, MIS or related degree.
• 8–10 years IT experience with 3–5 years in system operations management, including change, incidents and problem management.
• Practitioner familiar with ITIL process, IT Service Management methodologies or Service Delivery framework.
• Ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
• Well-developed communication, negotiation and professional writing skills.
• Good organization skills, with ability to properly document and track information.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.

Position Summary / Project Description

We are looking for experienced personnel to manage, drive and deliver the change management process. He/She will work with Company staff in other divisions such as project managers, production support and security specialists in assessing change requests, to prevent adverse impact for change requests deployed to production systems.

Role and Responsibilities

1. With a focus on Change Management, drive Change Advisory Board meetings and manage approval of all change requests for deployment
2. Implement and maintain ITIL standard for change management
3. Collaborate with multiple internal teams across disparate groups to assess change requests for risks and unintended consequences
4. Make recommendations to reduce risk, increase chance of likely success, and minimize business impact of change requests
5. Send change downtime and completion broadcast communication to all Company stakeholders
6. Maintain and update change control portal
7. Improve process efficiency (e.g, streamlining) and effectiveness
8. Maintain processes, templates and SOP, website and information related to change control
9. Provide regular report on SLA measurement and/or performance of ITSM processes
10. Review/Prepare progress reports for initiatives and present the reports when required

Requirements / Qualifications
