Job summary

NCS is seeking a detail-oriented System Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust system infrastructure in Singapore. The role focuses on reliable operations, efficient configuration, and collaboration with clients and partners.

You will work on diverse projects across APAC, supporting system deployments and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate has a Diploma with at least 3 years in systems administration, strong networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in systems administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to read technical documentation and interpret as-built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage software and hardware systems across the organization's infrastructure
• Configure and maintain network connectivity, routers, and related network components
• Perform system troubleshooting and resolve technical issues independently
• Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and optimize configurations to meet SLA
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and drawings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate implementations
• Respond to incidents and implement solutions to minimize downtime
• Support onboarding and training of team members on configurations
