Job summary

Singapore One Rail is seeking a diligent engineer to support Integrated Testing and Commissioning (ITC) and Train Test Running (TTR). You will assist the Lead Engineer in planning, coordinating, and managing ITC/TTR tests, and help prepare reports and progress updates.

You will attend technical sessions to track actions and ensure milestones are met. The role requires a relevant engineering diploma and strong planning, organizational, and teamwork skills; fresh graduates are welcome to apply and

Qualifications

• Diploma holders with relevant engineering background preferred.
• Experience in Railway Signalling & PSD/Rail Communications is advantageous.
• Open to fresh graduates and strong in planning and supervision.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Support Integrated Testing and Commissioning (ITC) and Train Test Running (TTR) for JRL
• Support the Lead Engineer in planning, coordinating and managing the ITC and TTR tests
• Prepare and compile reports, test records and progress updates
• Attend project and technical working sessions to track action items and resolve issues
• Drive assigned tasks to ensure timely project milestones and delivery
• Support successful projects handover to the Operator
• To attend and witness Integrated Testing and Commissioning (ITC) tests and Train Test Running (TTR)
• To perform role of Duty Officer as assigned, including coordination of site activities and incident reporting
• To maintain proper records and filing system for all the JRL Issue Summary Form (ISF) and Modification Request Form (MRF) database
• Support any other project related ad hoc activities as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering from a recognized polytechnic.
• Experience in the field of Railway Signalling & PSD/Rail Communications, as well as knowledge of networking and configuring or troubleshooting operating systems, will be an advantage
• Open to fresh graduates
